Welcome 3rd Grade Parents and Guardians!
Dear 3rd Graders, parents, and families,
Welcome back to school! I am excited about beginning a new year and new adventure in 3rd Grade this year.Please check out class Dojo for up-to-date information about events, specials, things we are learning in class, as well as photos and videos of your BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING children.
Your children are a gift from God. Thank you for blessing me with the privilege of teaching and learning with them. Thank you for sending them to SBCS!

Meet Mrs. Marino
My name is Mrs. Mary Marino. I was born and raised in Ohio. I went to Kent State University in Kent, Ohio for both my undergrad and graduate degrees. I have experience teaching for over 18 years in a variety of grades and schools (including St. Benedict's in 2012-2014)! I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd , 5th, 7th, 8th and technology to grades K-8!Some of my hobbies include reading, crafty projects, home improvement, camping, and walking my dogs (Emmett and Cooper). I just got married last July to Tony, a long time friend.
My Favorites Include:
- Ice Cream, Coffee, and Tacos (not together).
- St. Peregrine, St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. Francis (and of course St. Benedict)!!
- The Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet
- Amazon Prime shopping sprees
- Scripture: Jerimiah 29:11
I am looking forward to getting to know all of you this year and am grateful to be back at SBCS!
